In the MSK terraform module it says I should see the following services deployed in the kafka namespace. It works with cleartext but the corresponding operation does not happen when cleartext is disabled.

From the Terraform Documentation:

For cleartext client communication: kafka-0, kafka-1, ... kafka-n (where n is node_count - 1) --> This does happen
For TLS client communication: kafka-tls-0, kafka-tls-1, ... kafka-tls-n (where n is node_count - 1) --> This doesn't happen

Looks like the MSK module never creates the Kafka-tls k8s services. I created LCS-14181 to fix.
